This issue has 2600 views, at that place are 148 people who demand this answered, and yet there is no solution provided past Microsoft for over 4 months now.

I take the same issue.  When I pull down notifications and tap on "Sign in to Outlook" on my Android phone, I briefly become the "Select Business relationship" screen (with no style to select anything), then a screen that appears to be logging in (which it can't exercise because my countersign was changed on the Office 365 desktop app), it fails to log in, and there are NO options anywhere in the Android app to re-enter my password.

If the currently stored countersign fails to log in, why wouldn't the mobile app ask for the user to enter it again?  Information technology just seems to continue trying over and over with the stored (incorrect) countersign and failing.

The Outlook App for Android Pixel worked for three years until the past two days.  I and so kept getting nags to authenticate which I did both with my countersign and by MS Authenticater which was Approved just to become some other nag a few seconds later on.  Rebooted, reset, reinstalled--no joy!  Nag, nag, nag.    Finally gave up and switched to Google's Android Mail app which I wanted to avoid and then they couldn't scarf upwardly all my data.  VERY FRUSTRATING.

1. Clearing enshroud, reinstalling app, deleting account, reset business relationship - all those didn't aid in any way to solve this effect.

2. Trying to change the network environment to a new one (even new SIM that connected me to a different 4G network) didn't work besides.

3. I don't accept some other Office365 account to try - but the ane opened by my company

4. My Office365 admin didn't make any alter to my account recently

5. I already reported this upshot through the "in-app help" - none of their suggestions worked for me. they pretty much added one more affair to examination (canceling bombardment optimization for the app)

I can also confirm that other mail clients works well with my Office365 business relationship - just I rather use the official Outlook app
